The cast of the Boadway musical Hamilton is finding out what crow tastes like after their awful attack on Mike Pence. Pence showed up on Friday to see the cast perform, but he was greeted with boos and jeers from a minority of the audience and attacks from the cast of the show.

As the VP-elect was leaving, the cast got up on stage and accused him of failing to be there for ALL people despite his many years of service as Governor of ALL the people of Indiana.

“We, sir, we are the diverse America who are alarmed and anxious that your new administration will not protect us, our planet, our children, our parents, or defend us and uphold our inalienable rights, sir,” Brandon Dixon said to the VP-elect. “But we truly hope that this show has inspired you to uphold our American values and to work on behalf all of us.”
Donald Trump stepped in to defend his Vice President, calling the cast “very rude to a very good man” and demanding an apology. After conservatives joined the fight and boycotted the production, Dixon’s uppity tone was muted when he was forced to tweet out an apology to Pence.
This is the power of the Trump administration: if you mess with Americans you get your ass kicked!
